A full renovation of a historic 2-flat in Logan Square. Tightened the layout and refined the floor plan for the family’s unique use. This required new kitchens and bathrooms at both units. We also finished the entire basement, adding a bathroom, bedroom, and rec room. Throughout the project, we focused on keeping existing millwork where possible.
